No feather in Lee’s attorney’s cap today

Why is it that anyone who is connected to The Anthony family seems to have some dark side about them. I wonder why Luka was hanging around a bar in the first place. He should have been home reading law books. I just love this statment in the article.

(Luka is a criminal defense attorney and sometimes sues police agencies)

From the Orlando Sentinel:

Federal jury rejects lawyer’s claims against Orlando bicycle cop
Orlando attorney Thomas Luka gets no money

A federal jury deliberated just 30 minutes before siding with a former Orlando police officer, accused of falsely arresting and roughing up a lawyer outside a bar. Attorney Thomas B. Luka had sued former bicycle officer Anthony Miller, accusing him of false arrest and excessive force. Luka testified in Orlando federal court this week that Miller had arrested him, then once locked in a holding cell, hit his back, shouders, arms and legs.
Defense Attorney Robert Bonner said there was no beating. Miller and another officer did arrest Luka Sept. 20, 2006, outside a bar near Central Avenue and Court Street. He was accused of battery and resisting arrest without violence, but prosecutors a month later dropped the charges. Luka originally sued both Miller and Orlando, the officer’s employer. However, U.S. District Judge Anne Conway in May dismissed the city as a defendant. The case against Miller went to trial Monday. Jurors began deliberations Wednesday about 5:30 p.m., and returned a verdict 30 minutes later. Luka is a criminal defense attorney and sometimes sues police agencies. He also currently represents Lee Anthony, brother of Casey Anthony, who is currently awaiting trial on charges she murdered her 2-year-old daughter. Luka was not available for comment Thursday afternoon. Miller retired from the Orlando Police Department in October, Bonner said.

Looks like Lee has himself a winer, no, weiner or is that winner or all of them.

Some thoughts on how Caylee may have died

Everyone who is aware of the Anthony case at one time or another must have tried to figure out in their minds how Caylee died. I have had four or five maybe more ideas about it. One keeps jumping out in my mind and little bits and pieces keep fitting together. One problem I have is that I have forgotten some of the early records that were released so I am guessing I may be slightly distorting some of what we know did happen.

George Anthony has stated under oath that he sat watching the food channel between 12 and 1PM Monday the 16th, June 2008. He said Casey and Caylee walked out the front door while he watched TV. That has now been altered to I was outside at the car waving good-bye to Caylee. Well, I don’t buy either story. I know George is a liar and most likely changed his story to make him look better. The first story was told a month after the fact and he may have just been confused as he watched TV every day at that time.

It has been pretty well documented that Casey and Cindy had a big blowout fight on Fathers day night, the 15th. More than likely about the money Casey stole from her Grandmother and grandfather. I believe that Casey took off with Caylee that night. If I recall the neighbor’s saw her leave and heard the fighting. I think that is the night Caylee died.

I see every week in stores and any place families go, fights between parents. Every time I see this and they have kids, the kids start to cry and scream, just natural I guess. So if Casey left in a big huff with all the yelling, I would imagine Caylee was doing some crying and yelling or screaming. It is my theory that Casey could not handle that in the frame of mind she was in after being found out stealing money. (After seeing Cindy’s performance in the depo, I can just imaging what she might have said to Casey). I think Casey flew off the handle so to speak. I think Caylee was screaming that she wanted to go home to Cindy. Casey stopped the car some place and got the tape she never returned to Amy. She wrapped it around Caylee’s mouth several times to shut her up. She then started to text someone, maybe Tony or someone to talk to and never realized Caylee could not breathe. Within a short amount of time she came to know Caylee was not alive.

Being a disconnected person that she is, she then put her in the trunk so as to hide her and never even panicked. I don’t know if anyone in that family has any truth left in them to be able to really say where Casey was on the night of the 15th. I am hoping the police have her tracked with her cell phone. I believe it was the next night that Casey and Tony were in the Video store acting very normal. The days that followed we pretty much can figure out, keeping Caylee hidden and trying to get rid of the smell. (I think the smell panicked her). I often wonder if Casey went out and partied because thought about disappearing to California where she figured no one would find her, sort of like a last FL. Blast.

As I think more about this idea, more and more comes to mind. I guess I really need to go back and read some more to see if it would have been possible.

I make a blog and apply the proper tags in order for the blog to appear at this address,
http://en.wordpress.com/tag/casey-anthony/

The blog appears for a day or two and then goes south. Some tags work and will bring up the blog and others just stop working. I use the published rules, no more than 12 tags categories combination and no duplicates.

In other words, if you have casey anthony as a category, do not have casey anthony as a tag. It has always worked and only a few times the system went haywire. We will see what happens with this blog?

The Nanny took my blog.

I don’t know why blogs go missing but I am going to wait 31 days and report it to the Internet police. Here is the missing blog, titled:

Will we be here to talk about the Anthony’s in the future?

PART 1 of?

Some of you know me as the one who exposed MFM and yes I am here dressed in different clothes but for a good reason. First let me address a problem that we all hope has gone away. That is “michellefrommadison”.

I have for now decided not to expose his full identity, e-mail addresses, phone number, roller hockey buddies e-mails etc, etc, etc. Reason, he has stopped messing things up in here for now. Continue or start up again MFM and I will finish what I started in putting a troll back under a bridge. Post on your kill NG page but if I run across you messing up other forums or blogs we will have a confrontation and daddy and grandpa will start getting e-mails and phone calls explaining what Jasen has been up to. BTW, the police and FBI are still working on him to see if he has broken some laws. I will get feed back in time.

What this blog is really all about is “we”, “us” being here and saying what we say. Most of us may not realize the privilege we have to just have this place to be. We don’t pay for it, we don’t have advertising at least I don’t but I have advertising blocked from my computer. It is free for us to talk and discuss all topics. We seem to sometimes have our bad moments and even I who try to avoid confrontation get dragged into it sometimes. We can express how we feel in the morning over a cup of coffee or our political views if someone is willing to listen or just lurk and read. Overall we get along and some feel better saying what they have to say and some learn while others dig in finding new angles on a topic to expose to all. This is what it is all about, a community of people moving moment to moment with news and new ideas.

Ok, it all sounds like one big happy family. Well it could change and often does. People, call them trolls, exist to disrupt. MFM was/is one of them. They are the low life of the computer world. (People who don’t have any real life) You all saw what MFM did on the blogs here and that is just a very small, small fraction of what he has done all over the net. He has made thousands upon thousands of post saying the same thing over and over disrupting wherever he could. However what he is doing is harmless as it does not rob you of things like your e-mail addresses or your photos placed on line for friends and family to see or your phone number, address and other information. Exposing your e-mail to certain places will overload you inbox to become useless and to other places where hackers hangout can have them attacking your computer in droves. I know that trick and have had to exhort to it to protect myself from trolls in the past. In fact my daughter was here last night, my “computer engineer” kid. She has had her fair share of trolls as she frequents tropical fish blog places as well as many more where trolls also go. She said, “dad, you have the knowledge to hack these guys computers, why don’t you do it”. It can be done but my brain says to me that that is against the law or at least my thinking of the law. However according to the FBI you won’t get caught and if you do, nothing will happen. Thinking about that one!

So what could change here? I was asked to help expose a troll on a forum and I exposed where he was from in a very quick time, I tricked him into disclosing his location. He got mad, real mad and started to throw what he had at me. For a while here on my blog it was like swatting flies off the walls and I had to lock down my blog. A few may have seen some of the post that got through. Jill from down under did. I would post them here but my blogs are “G” rated. I could see him watching me as I have tracking on pages where he went. Little did he know that each time he looked, he left a fingerprint for me to check out.

The next day I received e-mail after e-mail from his victims explaining what this character has done to people on the Internet and in blogs, one forum in particular. I had people asking me to call them, I had one woman call me at 7:45am and yes I was asleep. She was in tears and could hardly talk, as she was a victim of the troll. The blog where they chat was in shambles there was/is so much disruption and the owners of the chat do not get involved; you are on your own. That is also true of WordPress right here as I have contacted them and their comment was, “we never throw people off here”. That means we have no police here in this blog, as there is none anywhere on the net. It also means it could become in shambles just like the other(s) I have witnessed. None of us want this, none of us would stay here and no one would help. I guess it’s called “moving on”. Some folks came to me a few weeks ago and asked if I could set up a chat for them that would be completely private. Within an hour I had it set up and you can only go there if you have the address and you have to register. It is completely private and a good safe place to talk, not so here. Post a blog, it appears on Google in fifteen minutes for all to find. What you say stays on the Internet for years down the road. What we have here is like a large egg and we need to treat it gentle. Arguing attracts trolls, they feed on it, they play up to it so we needn’t crack the egg.

My new name means a lot to me as it is something I observe and practice every day, “Namaste” Look up the meaning and although it has it’s roots written in Sanskrit for me, it has many meanings all coming back to one idea of respect for others.

Enjoy what you do here, be understanding of others ideas, express your own, learn and be gentle of how you discuss controversial topics with others. Realize this may not be like it is forever as it can be totally disrupted and destroyed. For anyone who has gone through being attacked, if you want to post your story, I will copy and paste the story (It will be in moderation) but not your identity or any personal information. I encourage this so people can see what you have gone through. Let us try to keep what we have been so graciously given to use. Let us protect it as best we can and respect others ideas, don’t invite trolls.

One final word, protect your identity, lock your photo sharing, limit pictures of family members on line as you never know when the trolls will move out from under the bridge and there is no Internet police to help you.

Sorry but for now all post go to moderation.
